who are we
Creative Studios is an award-winning, multi-disciplined architectural design practice, founded by Architectural Designer John Ayers. We are a small down-to earth family run business operating in the Waimakariri district 20 minutes north of Christchurch. We specialize in Hospo design, however our range of work also inlcudes residential new design, house alterations, and multi unit central city living design.

Our principle is to always listen and understand the client’s needs, budget and how the project fits with its environment. We view each client’s project as unique and deserving of an individual plan with a tailored and personal approach, whilst always considering the budget, material use and challenging our clients with new ideas.

Woodlands Estate is a new subdivision in Woodend North Canterbury. A fantastic area, with larger site sizes located in a safe and family orientated subdivision.
